I've spent an irresponsible amount of money (for me) with them over the years, ever since I started my first custom loop, and I don't think I've ever been disappointed. Everyone I've spoken with is awesome, knowledgeable, and they'll work with you to make an order right. Shipping is extremely quick, even without rush processing. I don't think I've ever had an order NOT be packed same day, or Monday if ordered over the weekend. Sometimes they'll continue packing after the last courier truck leaves for the day just so they're not backed up the next day; that's where the rush fee comes in handy. If you need to talk to someone, make sure to email, NOT call. Email support is extremely responsive and I usually get an answer in minutes. For example, I requested a partial refund because I had added on sleeving/shrinkwrap for a couple of pumps, which was missed; 12 minutes later, the refund was processed. Calling, on the other hand, is honestly 50/50 if someone picks up in my experience. No big deal, it's 2025 and I hate talking on the phone if I don't have to. It's just something to keep in mind.

When it comes to custom loop parts, there is no one better to cover all your needs. Not only do they supply big name brands in the scene, but also imports from China that offers good value for their prices. They constantly have new parts, new deals, giveaways, and discounts. They have an active community doing awesome things that inspire you to build more in the future. Glad to be a small part in the community and I will be buying from PPC again!

OK, long story short, if you need water cooling for pc, get it from here! Now a little more detail, the customer service online is top notch, quick, helpful and friendly answers, mail interaction was on point, even when a item was out of stock, giving me options. Finally the day I went to get my stuff, everything was there and accounted for. As for the quality, the pic is a custom made distro for my 7000d. Thank you so much PPCs.

I am an international customer, so finding shops that charge fair shipping is hugely important to me. Their shipping rates are very fair, and the speed they ship orders out is incredible. The service people are great to deal with, very friendly knowledgeable, and willing to get you help if they can't. They've won me as a customer, when they went to bat for me against a manufacturer, the manufacturer was clearly in the wrong, and with PPCs help, I got a resolution that made me happy. I'll do business with them first, because they've earned that trust from this customer.

Great experience as always from the staff at Performance PC’s. extremely quick shipping and very helpful. Upon receiving Swiftech H360 X3 there were some incompatibilities and I couldn’t use the product as intended. The customer service at Performance PC’s resolved everything with the product manufacturer and within the same hour I was give a tracking number for the proper components.

What more can I say? They have an excellent selection of everything you need to cool or mod your PC, and then some. Then they top that off with great prices and top notch customer service. Everything I've ordered has shipped very quickly (usually same day) and arrived undamaged and well packed. They did a fantastic job on some custom laser etched acrylic for my latest build. Love it!

Great Availability, Fair Pricing. Located in Florida, so same day + Caturday delivery. Oh and great customer service, even if i screwed up an order myself. And if need be, they can special order parts from companies. Simple and easy.

I've been shopping online retailers for computer parts for decades and I have to say that Performance PCs has to be the best I have ever shopped at. Their site is easy to navigate. Their prices are low. Their response time to any questions that I have had is outstanding. Order processing and shipping are fast. I'm fairly new to the whole custom PC cooling scene, but I've found that if PPCS doesn't have something that you are looking for there likely isn't a manufacturer that makes it. I included a few pictures of my current rig. PPCS has had a big part in helping me build this.

I recently purchased everything I needed to do a custom water cooling loop from Performance PCs and I couldn't be happier with the result! The website is very easy to use and narrowing down search results is made very simple. They also took care of me when I realized I had ordered a wrong part. Excellent customer service and great prices!

I just had the best online shopping experience with Performance PCs. It's one of the best computer hardware companies out there in terms of services and products. I bought one of their dual pumps distro plates but turned out there was a leak so I contacted their RMA. Instead of requiring me to send back the faulty one, they sent me another new one, even though the model I purchased was out of stock. During the whole process, they kept me in the loop (punt intended) and when it was ready, they overnighted it to me for Saturday delivery. Their people were courteous, knowledgeable and fast to respond. That's the kind of service that makes me think of them first when I need a pc part in the future.
